WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT 2 Communication Problem As an organization grows the opportunities for workplace problems also aggravate. Owners and managers face employee, team or organizational-wide issues. These problems are mainly caused by lack of open flowing communication or faulty organizational structure. Communication problems can cost a company’s productivity, capital and time. With inefficient communication, the company is unable to exchange information which is important to the daily operational assignments thus creating a barrier to the company’s objectives (Barker, 2010). Communication problem can be caused by language barrier in a diverse workplace. There may be language barrier between employees coming from different ethnic backgrounds, people with different age or with different levels of industrial experience. Success for many companies depends upon capturing market share in the fastest growing market at home as well as abroad.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
