Environmental LawAround the world, there are so many countries that have different environmental laws.They have to by different environmental laws to safeguard the climate against public andconfidential damages. These laws are meant to screen and dissect the climate, lead exploration,and work intimately with state and nearby legislatures to make contamination control strategies.The U.S. always has to be the country that probably has one of the most reasonableenvironmental laws than other countries. One thing about the U.S. is they tax everything nomatter what it is, if you're making a profit from something they want to make some revenue fromit. With that being said they came up with the idea of a policy that taxes things that are harmfulto the environment. This way of doing things is one of the best ways to reduce emissions thatmultiple companies are using. Taxing people that are harming the environment and rewardingpeople who use renewable energy helps the U.S. in so many ways. For example, it helps lessencontamination and animate financial development in sustainable power and preservation. Thistaxation is called the carbon tax and it was passed by the British in 2008.
