Hillary Clinton’s Presidential CampaignThe presidential campaign video by Hillary Clinton captures everyday-life of “ordinary” people. The video starts by showing varies routine-activities: a worker working in a factory, a mother preparing her kid for school, a boy re-arranging a frame on a wall, etc. Then, a woman speaks “I’m getting ready for a lot of things. A lot of things.” The video then goes on to show different groups of people, each participating in some kind of activities, even somewhat trivial ones. Here, each of them is acting as a performer, who “[makes]-work.” They seem to be fully engaged in their jobs, duties, or responsibilities of different fields. They emphasize how important those works mean to them and how it “feels good to be a part of that.”This is when Hillary Clinton comes in. She says, “I’m getting ready to do something too.
