THOMAS-MOYA: WK. 9 ASSIGN: REFLECTION PAPER 2 Professor Kate Reid HUMN 250-WCO-V41 Humanities March 1, 2016 Wk9 Assign: Reflection Paper I have to say that when it comes to reflecting back on how this course has helped me gain the knowledge that I need in regards to my future career it takes me back to a question asked in the final exam. As my future career is to be an attorney, and because of this I have had to learn to see several different views of the same subject. In fact, I have learned to look at something and argue the different aspects of its nature and being in a way that all sides could remotely be correct, but finding different flaws in those aspects so that I can bring to light as to why the aspect that I choose is superior to the others. As I grown through this terms, and researched and learning all that I have learned through this class the topics that call out to me, are not the obvious ones, but instead, it was all of the topics combines that ultimately created the knowledge, influence, an experience that I will need as I move on to my future career. However, according to the National Foundation for the Arts and Humanities Act of 1965 the term ‘humanities’ includes, but is not limited to, the study and interpretation of the following: language, both modern and classical; linguistics; literature; history; jurisprudence; philosophy; archaeology; comparative religion; ethics; the history, criticism and theory of the arts; those aspects of social sciences which have humanistic content

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
