6.02 Laws and Rules of the Road 1.What is the difference between a learner’s license and an operator’s license? The difference between a learner’s license and an operator’s license is that you’re able to obtain the learner’s license at the age of 15 and it’s valid for a year, but its important and mandatory that you drive with someone that is above the age of 21 with a license in the car. An operator’s license in the other hand, you have to be 16 years old, and you would have to had a permit for 6 months with at least 40 hours of driving experience. 2. Name the written test a potential driver must pass and list the minimum required score to earn a learner’s license. The test is the General United States Permit Requirements the minimum required score to earn a learner’s license is at least a 70% or higher. 3.After earning a learner’s license, what test must be successfully passed to earn an operator’s license?
