Now that you have completed your analysis, think about the patterns you’ve seen in the workforce. First Section add data. In cell D9, I used Define a Number under the Formulas menu to create the name "Annual Hrs". When the name was set up, I enter the constant =2080. In E11, I created a formula that calculates the hourly rate for each employee (D11/2080) and completed the remainder of Column E. In Column F, I calculated the number of years that each worker (2014-1999). In Column I, I used an IF statement to flag with a "yes" (=IF(F11>=10, "yes",""). I used the function VLookup to identify based on the state in Column M. In Section 2, I used the Countif to count each item in each table ( COUNTIF(C11:C382, B392). The Sum function ( =SUM(E11:E382) to total the tables when required and also calculating the precentages for each table was required. The next tab descriptive statistics analyzing a dataset. I had to activate "data analysis" Toolpak. At the end of my analysis, the findings that I recover were there are more cyber analyst in the field than the other roles. In Race, Caucasian has 227 workers to which Asian has the least with 24 workers. There are 300 males in the work field than females with the number of 72 workers. In the Education Level, the workers with just a High School degree has 184 workers compare to the ones that has a Masters degree and beyond with 29. There are more married workers with 259 workers than single workers with 118. Most of the workers came from the Northeast (198) and the leadt came from C-Plains with 101. In order to make sure my findings are true, I would have to start over and make sure I had the right formulas for each task. I would have to determine what needs to be changed to better the company to where I would increase some of the workers salaries to balance it off and also hired more people in differnet backgrounds. Hired people with more experience in the field of study.

What students are saying

• As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

Kiran Temple University Fox School of Business ‘17, Course Hero Intern

• I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

Dana University of Pennsylvania ‘17, Course Hero Intern

• The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
