1 According to the existence of cuts in budgets and the reduction of force an army should continue relying on support from contracts. This is because some significances have been realized to the military or civil servant. First, contracts provide deployment speed of the affairs that are associated with the military. For instance, US had contracted from developed countries who were able to do a lot as compared to the military themselves. In both Afghanistan and Iraq, the contractors carried the work of shipping personnel who run the camps. More to this they maintained the civil administrators and the combat forces that were in those countries as they took over the household work and provided security to them. This resulted to the effectiveness and efficiency in the administration something that the US military was unable to carry out within a short while.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
