Edgar Saldana Assignment #1 Leadership 372 Intro My name is Edgar Saldana and I am an online student living in Burien. This is my second quarter at Central and I’m pursuing a BS-ITAM degree. Getting my degree has been a personal dream goal. After about working for a year, I decided to make a comeback to school. I had two reasons for making the decision to return back to college; first, never sticking to completing my education had been embarrassing in general, especially at work. At this time, I’m eager and ready to move forward towards this goal and to be an example to my colleagues and family of what they can achieve, no matter where they are in their lives. Second, obtaining my degree will help me obtain abilities in my professional field so I can apply them through work experience and internship. The classes I have taken in the past have given me practical knowledge that I am already applying in my personal time. I work full time for a catering company called Ingallinas Box Lunch. We are based in Seattle. I am a customer representative. It will be my 6 th month at work and I’m liking it.
