Module 4 Textbook Reading The textbook reading assignment for Module 4 is pages 110-120 (through the very top of page 120). You will notice we are skipping two sections of the textbook: Security Risk or Human Right? Foreign Policy and the Internet We are simply postponing this section to Module 7. You may have heard of Tor, a browser that provides a certain amount of anonymity on the internet and is the only way to access the so-called “dark web”. This section has a description of a few instances of disruptive attacks carried out by p atriotic hacker , which the textbook defines as citizens or groups within a country joining together to carry out cyberattacks on perceived enemies of that country The groups may be acting under the specific direction of their government, or they may simply be allowed to carry out their activities without interference from their government.
