Zappos new employees are offered different training session within the operation activities and outside the organization like the three day culture camp where employees are trained.

Training in Zappos is continuous to all organization employees and an example is the people academy where all Zappos employees are trained. Good communication and customer service training are example of training that all Zappos employees are offered. 9. Zappos is an international organization, and it is governed by different states, thus, making the organization to be flexible on regulations according to the laws of the country they are operating. 10.
