Rasumofsky Company Consultation The Rasumofsky Company, makers of “59” brand insecticides and industrial chemicals has been around since before the great depression and has a strong knowledge of what it takes to make it through rough times. Once Ferdinand Bullock was hired the company experienced a period of prosperity which then after that was pronounced Vice President. The company as it existed under Bullocks rule was a dictatorship where every important decision was left up to him instead of the companies president or consultants. Under Ferdinand Bullocks command the company witnessed great expansion and made the company profitable and competitive in the sales market. The president of Rasumofsky was loyal to his customers that had been with the company for many years but ever since Ferdinand Bullock took over the company these loyal customers only make up ten percent of less of the companies sale demographic making them less of a priority to the company as a whole. Ferdinand Bullock ruled the company with an iron fist and only one man showed independence, Stanley Greenback. Stanley Greenback, the assistant controller who had worked for the public accounting division of the company and was very good a handling taxes but little experience in management. One other important figure in the Rasumofsky Company was the chairman of the board who at the start of the company had owned it entirely but now the stock of the company was distributed to shareholders outside the company since the company was
