Lerning experience Section ( 2 ) Number ( 3 ) Yes, there is adifference between chine up ( plans pronated ) and here is the difference : Chine ups : this movement develops the latissimus dorsi and teres major is associated with the intense work of the biceps brachii and brachialis , therefore it could be included in arm workout program this exercise also contract the middle and lower portions of the trapizus , rhomboid ,and pectoralis Pull ups : this exercise is excellent for developing the latissimus dorsi and teres major . when the shoulder blades come together at the top of the chin up the rhomboid and middle and lower portion of trapezius . it also works the biceps and brachialis and brachioradialis . Chin up Palms supinated The prime movers : - biceps brachii - latissimus dorsi - ters major - brachialis stabilizers : - biceps brachii - triceps ( long head ) synergists : - brachialis - brachioradialis - teres major - posterior deltoid - rhomboid - levator scapula - lower trapezius - middle trapezius - pectoralis major ( sternal )
