Summary
Inaugurated in 2000, Cocoa Delights is one of the innovative and creative gourmet chocolate manufacturers in the industry.
Cocoa Delights was the first company in Australia to manufacture more than ten different types of cacao from a lot of
countries, selecting only the best cacao beans and distribute exclusive handmade, partly handmade and machine-made
chocolate products.
The Cocoa Delights’ purpose to become the gourmet chocolate market leader within 5 years and analysing the opportunities it
will be a large challenge but it is clearly possible the achieve it by using a great strategy marketing campaign to communicate
the health benefits of the Dark chocolate products with their customers
On 8 of December in 2016 at 10:00am, we had a meeting with COE Joe to review the marketing plan and understand that,
what the purpose for Cocoa Delight for next 5 years, also we will create improvement to Cocoa Delight marketing activities.

The Cocoa Delight has as purpose:

 To become the gourmet chocolate market leader within 5 years.
 To become anational retail brand for chocolate connoisseurs within the next 5 years.
 To communicate the health benefits of the Dark Decadence chocolate products trough campaign as advertising and
social media.

gourmet Australia chocolate with sustainable behaviour and innovation, as well as providing exceptional customer service
from our highly skilled and dedicated staff.
