As the assignment requirements specifies I am to help guide fifty doctors by directing them in a crucial and complicated decision as into which ownership forms to utilize when developing a new organization. As an expert in the field I must first weight two separate but simpler topics which are the pros and cons and the legal aspects when developing an organization. To properly give my expert opinion I will first break each topic down and then move on to a concluding statement after I am confident that my team of doctors have a firm understanding of the various ownership types that are available to them. There are numerous ways that you can develop a strategic plan when dealing with a business and its proprietor's lawful risk and expense controls. The best way to decide which path to choose you must first decide your type/purpose as a business. According to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Audit and Accounting Guide, Health care Organizations, 2009; “there are four fundamental sorts of authoritative structures that human services business offers, 1) Not-for-profit, 2) For-profit health entities, 3) Governmental HCOs, 4) Non-governmental, nonprofit HCOs (Cleverley, W. O., Song, P. H., and Cleverley, J. O. (2011).” In this assignment I will describe each type of possession and give a quick but yet detail of the advantages and disadvantages that can be identified with that specific type of program. I will likewise incorporate which type of possession will be most appropriate for the previously mentioned association.

Most states have a similar business types however some Individuals states have a few distinct types of business associations; on that note we will for this assignment focused on the more commonly used ones. The most widely recognized types of possession is Limited Liability Company (LLC) and for government charge reason this structure is established at the state level.
