1 a) Children books are or should be, to teach good messages, morals and behaviors to children. Children books can also be read for imagination and excitement for the children. These books should not be violent. Children books should also be enjoyable enough for the child to read on their own as well. 1b) Children are, or should be, read books on a daily basis. Children have a hard time sitting still and be read a book, so the book should be grasp the child’s attention. Children should participate while reading the book. Children would choose picture books rather than books that have a lot of words. 2 When I went inside Barnes & Nobel, I went straight to the children’s sections of the store. The children’s section was at the end of the store. I was able to find the section quickly since there was a banner in children’s font saying, “Barnes & Nobel JR.” On the walls, there were pictures of well known book characters like Clifford. In the front of the section, there was a table with shelves of books that were sorted by “Best Selling,”
