1 Step One: Getting Started Applicants are to complete all questions on the LEFT hand side of the screen under REGISTER. Applicants should only go to the ALREADY REGISTERED on the RIGHT hand side after they have applied for next year. Please note: After selecting SEMESTER NEEDED, the system will process and populate the MOVE-IN DATE. Please be patient as this may take a moment. After selecting FLOOR PLAN TYPE, the system will process and populate the FLOOR PLAN. Please be patient as this may take a moment. Username and password MUST be different from any previous accounts the applicant has had.
2 Anyone who has ever applied to live with USH will most likely see this pop-up box. Applicants should click the blue line at the bottom that says “To continue to create a new account click here.” Applicants should not enter a new username and password when this message appears. The system is simply stating that the email address is already in our system, which is okay.
3 Step Two: Entering Guarantor Information Applicants should not enter their guarantor information into the system; guarantor(s) will receive separate information via email. When applicants get to this page, select NO where it asks “Do you need a guarantor? ”
