Introduction Motivational strategies are important for employees generating high levels of motivation, allowing organizations to achieve high levels of output. Motivated employee’s is what energizes, maintains and controls individuals behavior. Motivation is always straight forward, but can be difficult for most employees to actually knowledge. Motivated employees have high potential with work effectiveness and efficiency, always figuring out better ways to complete undone tasks.
