Introduction

Motivational strategies are important for employees generating high
levels of motivation, allowing organizations to achieve high levels of
output. Motivated employee’s is what energizes, maintains and controls
individuals behavior. Motivation is always straight forward, but can be
difficult for most employees to actually knowledge. Motivated
employees have high potential with work effectiveness and efficiency,
always figuring out better ways to complete undone tasks.

Strategies Used to Develop Effective
Teams and Groups
Building skills is essential for all parts of life, whether your on a park clean
up committee, manager, personal achievements, CEO, and owner of an
organization. Eight basic strategies commonly used for building an effective
team or group includes common goal, clarity goal, commitment from each
team member, do what you do best, it’s not about you, talking to each
other, work as a team, play as a team, everyone can’t lead.
