The Notion of Not Having Time College brings new and exciting experiences and along with it come new responsibilities and different ways to manage one’s life. In high school time management consisted of getting my course work done on time, attending sport practices daily and managing a part-time job into my daily schedule. I was very successful in high school and thought I had flawless time management skills for the most part. Now that I am in college, I realize my conception of good time management is far from being a reality in my current life. The fact I found most interesting from the excerpt was that all people regardless of who they are have the same allotted amount of time. Therefore, there should be no point in saying that you do not have time; the only difference in people is how they manage it. With this said, I planned my week by writing down every activity I would do each half hour. As I made my plan, I tried to schedule a great amount of study, homework and review time into my days.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
