Journal 3 I have chosen to do my journal on angry rebellious teens. They cause their parents lots of trouble and are idolized by TV channels that are geared towards teenagers. What I don’t understand is why a lot of people think that all teens either are or aspire to be like that. I for one am fed up with all this ignorant teen nonsense that the media is feeding us and would like to stand up as one of the many sane teens around the world and say enough is enough. I personally don’t think those teenagers are “hardcore” as they would like to call themselves. I see them more as annoying little brats who need a reality check in the form of a good beating. I’m all for old-school methods of discipline, sure they were more violent but they never permanently damaged a child. When I see parents complaining about how out of control their children are, I don’t feel sorry; I feel extremely content. My logic tells me that those parents are getting what they deserved for being such lousy care givers in the first place. They need to learn that a
