Strategic HRM Plan Human Resource Management is a key component to the success of any style or size business. For small, family owned to large corporations, Human Resource Management can evaluate areas of the company that are draining resources and come up with more cost-effective strategies. HRM strategic plans for the major objectives of the organization and creates plan for implementation. Then, it is up to the management team to follow through with these strategies. The company produced by my scenario generator, is a medium sized LLC, family owned flower shop. They are in the growth stage and require heavily on HRM to produce strategies for better production, operations and customer satisfaction. Using the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) as well as the SMART method (specific, measureable, achievable, relevant and time based) (HRM Webliography). The company that the scenario generator came up with was a Flower shop LLC that is a family business, medium sized in the growth stage of its lifecycle. This specific company has all of the decision making done by the managers and in this report we will go over the many ways a Human Resource Management agent or team would be beneficial. I will be explaining it as though there is already one in place since the manager’s/family owners are taking charge of these responsibilities. There are many organization items that need to be evaluated to conclude the way the HRM will strategize on production, customer service and feedback.
