2 A Visual Tour of Ancient Greece and Rome Ladies and gentlemen let me begin by welcoming you on our tour today! We have a wonderful tour planned for everyone. Our tour will include four cities from ancient Greece, and conclude in Rome, Italy. Along the way we will explore both Greek and Roman sculptures, art/artifacts, and even some literature during our drive. The tour will also consist of a ferry from Greece to Italy so we can travel to, and explore, Rome as the final part of our tour. We will visit the cities of Athens, Delphi, Thebes all in Greece, and finally Rome in Italy. As we travel, if you have any questions about one of our stops, I will be happy to do my best to answer your questions. Ancient Greek Cities The first stop on our tour will be the city of Delphi in Greece. Delphi has many great sites from ancient Greece, as well as artifacts. We will see sites like the Temple of Apollo, Delphi Theatre, Delphi Stadium, and Delphi Museum. The kouroi of Argos was dedicated at Delphi, and will be one of the sculptures on our tour. We will also see the Naxian Sphinx that was excavated in Delphi.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
