Running Head: Persuasive Communication A job fair attracts a large group of candidates out of which employers choose the person for the job based on their qualifications. I would use face to face as well as persuasive communication to my organization because I want to them to hear the tone in voice and be able to feel how passionate I am about growing our organization and also persuade them to support my vision. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
