Mikalah Millheim Lab Partner: Ashlin Chavez Exp. K3 February 24, 2016 I. Watching the Reaction D. When reactants were originally mixed, the solution had a faint yellow tint. Before the allotted five minutes was up, the color had dissipated completely and the solution was clear. E. The reason that the color changed from yellow to clear is because a reactant was completely consumed. It can be assumed that the reactant in question is Br 2 since it held a yellow color before being mixed while all other reactants were clear. III . Data Analysis A. When the concentration of H + was increased, the rate of the reaction decreased. This was shown through experiment two and three when the [Br 2 ] and [Acetone] were held constant and the [H + ] was increased 0.2M. Experiments two and four

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
