Design a PST programme. 1) Interview an athlete. Observe them in training and practice. Using the performance profile as a guide, decide (in consultation with the athlete) on the important themes or performance qualities that the athlete requires to perform well. List these themes / qualities with a brief comment on why you have chosen them. (16 marks) 2) Complete a performance profile assessment for (and with!) the athlete. Use the components that you came up with above and the four theme areas: current performance, best ever performance, potential improvement, and the consistency of performance. (12 marks) 3) From the information gathered from the performance profile, continue to interview
