Let’s do the simulation before tomorrow’s meeting Judgment in a Crisis – Harvard Simulation (T1) Assignment: Team Preparation for Matterhorn Health Press Conference Purpose: This assignment is designed to help your team discuss and debrief the online simulation, by putting yourself into the shoes of a CEO that is going through a product quality crisis. Plan: FIRST, ALL TEAM MEMBERS NEED TO COMPLETE THE SIMULATION AS INDIVIDUALS. Next, your Team will meet to talk about your experience, and to write up a plan for handling the Press Conference that the CEO will deliver. During the meeting, briefly discuss the following questions: 1. What key decisions did you make during the simulation, and why? 2. What aspects of the simulation did you find challenging? 3. How did you handle high levels of ambiguity in the situation? How did you handle the lack of complete information? 4. Can you think of any real-life situations that mirror the simulation?
