CAPITAL BUDGETING 2 Journal: Capital Budgeting After reviewing the video on capital budgeting I come to a conclusion that capital budgeting is essential every business. It is investing to create value. Capital is the health of the business, if companies want growth from the start of their business, firms should consider investments and loan avenues to expand successfully. The narrator of the video gave the definition that capital budgeting “is the process of planning long term investments of available funds” (INTELECOM, 0:06). After companies analyze their assets, cash fows, and any potential challenges the next step is to create a strategy to pursue to help when deciding which securities to buy and or sell by way of the net present value analysis (Byrd, Hickman and McPherson, 2013, p. 2 con). Capital budgeting can become an heated arugemen in the mist of board room discussions

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
