TITLE: Household Chemicals PURPOSE: The purpose of this exercise is to use established chemical tests to determine the chemical composition of everyday household products and identify these products through their chemical and physical properties. Another purpose is to teach analytical skills. PROCEDURE: The procedure was followed as indicated in the handout for experiment three. DATA AND OBSERVATIONS: See table 1.
