Lesson 6: Professional Loyalty and Trust o Values in professional relationship Trust: key value underlining a professional relationship, ability to rely confidently on: people, objects and circumstances. This can lead to risk due to the reliance. It is important because no trust, no professional relationship. Fiduciary is a person I whom another has placed their utmost trust to manage their property or money. Loyalty: attitude or character that is demonstrated by a person through their actions. Clear demonstration is that a person puts the interests of a persons or institution before personal interests, even when such an action exposes the person to risk. Dignity: feeling of respect or esteem that an individual holds themselves. Honesty: moral virtue that is widely accepted
