B., III. (2018). A hospital needs to develop a mission, vision, and value statement ina strategy because, with these factors, an organization can find the purpose of why the hospitalexists. It must ensure that the hospital follows its mission, vision, and value statement whenimplementing the long-term, short-term, and temporary terms. The mission, vision, and valuestatement aim to identify who they are in the community. Of course, a good statement is toinclude providing the best care services to patients and always being available to the communityno matter who the patients are, their races, cultures, and gender. Not only limited to providingcare services to the patients, training employees, and creating opportunities for every staff hasthe same chance to reach their goal, going beyond their limit to achieve their dream.State the mission and vision of the selected organization.Mayo Clinic's harmony mission leads many people to want to work for the organization.The organization's mission is "Inspiring hope and promoting health through integrated clinicalpractice, education and research" (mayoclinic.org). The statement specifies the significantactivities of the organization. It also clarifies the desired impact the organization wants on itsclient. Mayo Clinic has expanded over decades, and the proof is they enlarge the organizationthrough the U.S., Canada, Asia regions, and Europe.
