Rachel Dennen Professor Trenary Stress Management 25 October 2015 10 Day Challenge Proposal Behavior 1: For my 10 day challenge, I will eat breakfast every morning before my first class. I am very motivated to change this because right now I usually only eat breakfast when I have my early morning classes which I have three days a week. On the 4 other days of the week I don’t eat anything until 12:30. I know that eating breakfast is so important because it has been linked to give people energy to start a new day, and is also linked to some health benefits including weight control and improve performance. During these ten days I will get up 20 minutes earlier than I normally do for class and eat breakfast. Some healthy breakfast choices I will eat will be cereal, oatmeal, fruit and muffins. Cutting out this bad habit will help me control my stress eating and will also give me more energy. Behavior 2: Another behavior I want to change is my reliance on my phone. I am very motivated
