Assignment One – Beef Unit A common vaccine that I found was the Cattlemaster 4+VL5, it is used on healthy cattle to prevent infections caused by: Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis (IBR), Bovine Virus Diarrhea (BVD), Parainfluenza-3, (PI3), Bovine Respiratory Syncytial Virus (BRSV), Vibrio, and the 5 common strains of Lepto. The directions for use are to administer two 2mL doses intramuscularly in the neck 2-4 weeks apart, for all size cattle.
