Organizational BehaviorOrganizational behavior is the study of how people interact in groups; examining many aspects such as group dynamics, communication, perception, attitudes, leadership, motivation, team building, and diversity. The behavior of the organization is key to be able to improve efficiency of the business.
About the Company•The Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired was first founded in 1911. •They are based in Cincinnati Ohio.•Since first established, the industry has evolved to a variety of services such as early childhood and youth services, radio reading services, personalized talking print, vision rehabilitation services and so much more.
About the Company•Initiated several rehabilitation services in the 1960s.•Early childhood and youth services established in the 1980s.•The Board approved a three year strategic plan that had been developed over a four month period in October 2007.
