Crime – Britz Affirmative Action – Extra Credit Executive Order 10925 states that discrimination due to race, creed, color, or national origin is against the United States Constitution and policies. It also states that it is the responsibility of the United States Government to make sure that there are equal opportunities for everyone that is qualified and seeking employment. The executive branch of the Government must also support these equal opportunity criteria. This Executive Order also established the President’s Committee on Equal Employment Opportunity. This committee is composed of the Vice President of the United States who is the Chairman of the Committee, the Secretary of Labor who is the Vice Chairman of the Committee, the Chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission, the Secretary of Commerce, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretaries of the Army, Navy and Air Force, the Administrator of General Services, the Chairman of the Civil Service Commission, and the
