Karen Rosenberger April 8, 2008 Organized Crime: Britz Gangland: Texas Terror – (A&E TV show) On April 19, 1995, in Austin, Texas, outside of the strip club named The Landing Strip, Capone, who was a member of the Texas Syndicate, was confronted by a guy with a gun. Capone punched him, and knocked him out in one punch. The man struggled to get back to his truck after waking back up, and as he was driving off, his truck slammed into a wall of the strip club. Many people aren’t familiar or haven’t heard of the Texas Syndicate. There are members throughout Texas and they are extremely dangerous and deadly. They will do anything for money for the club, prostitution, drugs, and now identity theft. Their main income comes from distributing drugs for the cartels. A popular tattoo for members of the Texas Syndicate is the longhorn. Members also will get a T with an S over it. Another well known tattoo is of the roman numerals for the numbers nineteen and twenty, which represent the letter placement in the alphabet for T and S.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
