The company experiences a number of network problems and it’s in the search of getting permanent solution. Everlast has purchased another firm known as Riddell Sports, Inc. located in Dallas, TX. Riddell Sports, Inc. manufactures the “Lite n’ Dry” line of athletic wear. Riddell Sports’ offices need to get added to the new Everlast corporate wide area network. Whereas Everlast Athletics has a running website, Riddell Sports Inc has to get linked to it. Although Riddell has accepted to migrate to the website of Everlast, both sites will get hosted and run concurrently so as to retain all the clients. Everlast has decided to move the web hosting activities for Dallas to Philadelphia and re-design the website to include both Riddell and Everlast products. A new domain name will be set up for Everlast Athletics as an alias to the existing domain name . NPLS technology is suitable for internet VPN services. The group has a proposal of a gate at Philadelphia. The function of the proposed gate is to route outside website users to their destination. For instance, if the user intends to get or search information on Everlast athletics in Dallas, the gate will fisrt direct the user to the firm primary web server located at Philadelphia. The gate will later redirect the user to the Riddell Sports website at Dallas.
