Media Planning Critique Description: This project will help you to understand the practice of advertising media planning from the perspective of media planners. In addition, this project provides you with the opportunity to review and integrate the knowledge you learned from the class, helps you to understand media planning in terms of the effectiveness of advertising (and planning), and hones your critical thinking skills in developing a media plan. For this project, you are required to find two advertising placements (one good and one bad) and evaluate their advertising planning using what you have learned from class. Thus, consuming (watching, listening, or reading) the media context in which your ads are embedded is a part of this project. Your media planning critique does not need to be lengthy. The ideal amount would be two pages of analysis and a one-page checklist ( see p.2) for each case. That is, it should
