[SHORTENED TITLE UP TO 50 CHARACTERS]2 Model Leadership Behavior During times of organizational change, the employees are looking to leadership for direction and guidance of the organization during this critical time. It is imperative that leadership stand up and demonstrate confidence, expertise, and guide those who are feeling unsure about the change process to persuade them into accepting the new ways of operating. Leading by example is model leadership behavior that should be exhibited is when employees observe their supervisor getting out on the production floor working with his/her subordinates, it provides inspiration and fosters trust within the leader. This newfound trust will be exhibited in the employees by way of higher productivity which will translate into employee satisfaction, professional growth, and an overall happier work environment. Another good example of model leadership behavior is effective communication. A good leader should be able to convey his/her thoughts, ideals, and vision to the people they lead.
