It was a cool summer day on July 11, 2001 when the Dave Matthews Band played live at Folsom Field in Boulder, Colorado. A sold out crowd piled into the stadium and anxiously waited for their favorite band to start. Seats were packed all over the place for this show including on the field. At about the time the sun started to set, the band rushed the stage and started jamming out. Dave Matthews Band consists of five members. Dave Matthews is the lead singer and lead guitarist. Boyd Tinsley plays the violin and Stefan Lessard is the bassists. Carter Beauford is the man on the drums and Leroi Moore is on the sax. Guest musician Butch Taylor was on the keyboard. Three lady back-up singers were also included in the show. These five members make up a band that is known world-wide for their groovy music and also for there contribution to the world. The play list at this concert was full of some their greatest hits. Songs such as “Crash into Me” and “Ants Marching” had the crowd dancing and singing along. First
