LITERATURE REVIEW:WEEK 83AbstractThis paper aims to survey and synthesize the existing written material on Supply Chain LogisticsNetworks. Everything that goes into making accounts, from storage to shipping to inventoryexpenses to SLA needs. With its roots in the platform economy, the new service model of thecollaborative logistics network seeks to benefit both the businesses and consumers that make upthe network. This network approach is the future of supply chain management since it allows forthe effective scheduling of geographically dispersed resources and the provision ofindividualized, high-quality care to each consumer (Xu et al., 2022). The design of logisticsnetworks is widely acknowledged as a critical strategic problem in the supply chain. Factors thatsignificantly affect how well a supply chain functions include the placement of manufacturingfacilities, the design of storage facilities, and the methods of conveyance used. This sectiondiscusses logistics network architecture as it relates to closed-loop supply chains. The challengesbusinesses face when selecting how to implement a product recovery initiative's logistics arehighlighted. In particular, this article highlights dissimilarities and similarities with the logisticsnetwork architecture for conventional "forward" supply chains. In addition, we talk about howlogistics network architectures should strategically integrate into various environmentsthroughout the supply chain. Finally, quantitative evidence is used to back up the claims made.To effectively manage a supply chain, it is necessary to implement procedures that allow for theoversight, evaluation, and ranking of primary suppliers and subcontractors (Marques, 2019).Keywords:Supply chain, logistics network, supply chain management, inventory
