You are responsible for keeping up with possible schedule changes and other information provided in class or on iLearn. Class notes will be found on iLearn. Note: Laptops are not allowed in class. If you need more time to take notes just let me know. Course objective To understand and manage life at work. Organizational Behavior provides understanding through research-based facts. Management builds on Organizational Behavior and it explains how the manager gets things done through people via the management functions of planning, organizing, leading, controlling, and communicating. In this class, you will learn to perform critical analysis of managerial problems and express your analysis verbally and in writing. Text
