Yanow, Sarah The Pet Palace Resort is a premier pet boarding resort, which offers many services for both cats and dogs. Located on 2800 Ole Country Lane, Columbus, OH near the Columbus International Airport, this the facility offers exclusive services for their pet guests. Liz, the weekend Pet Manager, provided our group with a detailed tour of the facility providing us with the needed information for the case study . This is a high end boarding resort that offers suites and villas for the animals to stay in and many premium extra services such as webcams and individualized attention . Pet Palace has a strategy of allowing the animal to be on vacation while their owner is away , making their luxurious facility as close to the animal’s home as possible. The Pet Palace Resort is successful due to their attention to competitive priority, maintaining their strategy and always looking for opportunities to perfect their service brand. Competitive Priority Pet Palace Resort has the competitive priority of quality . They by offer ing the utmost highest quality of services that support their strategy in pet boarding care . The strategy is achieved by making the accommodations for . They pride themselves in being more like a pet hotel than a boarding facility. Pet owners have the choice of selecting a villa or a suite for their animal when they stay at Pet Palace. d D ogs more upscale . Owners have the option of stay in The royal suites which include a brass bed and television for dogs as well as the option use of a webcam so the owner can check in on the animal. The accommodations are more spacious than other boarding facilities and come equipped with piped in music and an air ventilation system.

Unless the animals are from the same family each dog has its own space and is not forced to share it with another dog. Each villa comes with its own bedding with daily cleanings of their space. T his priority is in line with their strategy of allowing the animal to be on vacation while their owner is away. Another aspect of their strategy is to make the animal’s stay at Pet Palace as close to home as possible.
