(a) For plastic injection molding machine, the demands for the next four years are 32+15+50=97(thousand), 44+16+55=115(thousand), 55+17+64=136 (thousand), 56+18+67=141 (thousand). (2pts each) For bronze machine, the demands for the next four years are 7+3+11=21 (thousand), 8+4+12=24 (thousand), 9+5+15=29 (thousand), 10+6+18=34 (thousand). (2pts each) For plastic injection molding machine, the utilization rates for the next four years are 97/200=48.5%, 115/200=57.5%, 136/200=68%, 141/200=70.5%. (2pts each) For bronze machine, the utilization rates for the next four years are 21/(3*12)=58.3%, 24/(3*12)=66.7%, 29/(3*12)=80.6%, 34/(3*12)=94.4%. (2pts each)
