ANT 2416 CAW Name: Chris Sellecchia Spring 2008 ASSIGNMENT #2 “Children of Heaven” From the following list, pick 3 questions that give you a chance to express some interesting things you learned and/or some new understanding you achieved after viewing and thinking about “Children of Heaven.” Your answer to all three questions should be no less than 500 words. 1. In “Children of Heaven” the camera follows Ali and Zahra through the streets of Tehran and into their home and school life. Which parts of this documentary-like demonstration of everyday life did you find most surprising or interesting? The part of the movie that I found most interesting was when Ali took it upon himself to get Zahra’s shoes back after he lost them. Ali went out on his own and looked everywhere for his sisters shoes, he tried so hard to find them for her but he never could find them. Him being the older, more responsible person went out and signed up for a race where he had the chance to win a pair of shoes for his sister if he came in third place.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
