Aimee Powers Written Exercise #2 10/1/16 Organizing and Authority For this exercise you will need to complete the following three things: 1. Read and complete the “Assessing Yourself” questions at the end of Chapter 7 titled “Do You Delegate?” Provide a comment or two on your results. For example; I had more no than yes answers on the “Do You Delegate” assessment. In my current position, I don’t really have any work that needs to be delegated, but when thinking of home activities and school projects, I think that I am fairly good at delegating and hopefully that will transfer when I get into a position where there are things for me to delegate. 2. After reflecting on and commenting on your results, please answer the following questions: A. When is it hardest or most stressful for you to delegate? Is this the same whether you are at work or at home? Why might there be differences? What actions could you take to alleviate this stress or difficulty? (4 points)

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
