BRANDING AND COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES 2 Branding and Communication Strategies Many health organizations are using brand revitalizing marketing strategy when a brand of a particular product has reached climax or maturity, and the profit of that product has started to decline. Marketing strategies and approaches to revitalization mostly involve plans for expansion of markets, product repositioning, and product modification. Revitalization programs try to reclaim the lost possibilities of brand equity as well as identifying and establishing more and new sources of brand equity. Furthermore, health care centers have high expectations from their customers and try to solve the issue of brand development and brand erosion through examining changes in competitors’ strategies, marketing environment, the evolution of cultures, and consumer behavior. Therefore, this paper will look at various branding and communication strategies that health organizations employ so as to communicate with their customers when they have changed the brand of existing product or service. Plaza Home Health Services Plaza Home Health Services tries to use the current marketing strategies like the trends in communication that have enabled it to balance between warm periods of crisis; desire for individualized communication because of privacy. To avoid loss of trust from its customers, Plaza Home looks forward to bring the drive to transparency from the head management through open communication structure. Marketing communication helps the organizations to make their services and products to be known by the potential buyers especially by advertising through social media and printed materials like newspapers (Castronovo, Cristina, & Lei, 2012). Plaza Home uses marketing communication such as social media, email, in-product communication, promotional brochures, and business cards .

BRANDING AND COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES 3 Social media communication is rising, therefore, helping the health organizations to communicate with a lot of people faster through advertising on Facebook, You-Tube, mobile applications, Vimeo, TV, and even through print media. According to a study that was done in 2011, more than 88% of all the word companies and health care organization are conducting social media advertisement and are satisfied with it.
