The belief that one side is good and one side is evil Ÿ Fear: we should kill you before you kill us Ÿ Anger: you have been hurt from the other side Ÿ Responses: Violently (leads to escalation of violence) or Reach out (because the people might have had suffering and loss, anger/hatred)
