The protagonist of this play is Jean. She is the person of interest of the play. As an audience, we are following her. It is her decision to pick up the dead man’s cell phone that kick starts the journey. She is trying to change the world of the story, She talks to the deadman family and tries to console them. As an audience we connect with her. The antagonist of the play is Gordon’s mistress Carlotta, because she is standing in the way of Jean. She steals the cell phone that Jean was using to console the dead mans family. The world of the play is located in modern day America in a café and home. The inciting incident of the play was when Jean answers the cell phone and then realizes that Gordon is dead. this is obviously not a normal day, and happens in the beginning of the play. Climax of the play is when Jean and Carlotta confront each other, Jean offers her kidney and Jean gets hit and then rescued by Dwight. This is the peak momement dramatice conflict between protagonist and antagonist
