If I were to start a business today, I would start a at home orthodontics business. I would incorporate 3D printing into my business. I would take a mold of my clients teeth and determine what steps they would need to take in order to achieve straighter teeth. I would then plan out a series of retainers that they would wear (clear) instead of braces. They would always be able to contact me, but I would never set an appointment with them besides the initial appointment of taking a mold of their teeth and selling them the at home 3d printer. They would then get a kit every month, that they would load into their printer and download the plans of the retainer i had designed. This will save me money on dentist supplies, I would still have a decent margin on the machine I sell them, and they would be saving money because they could use the same machine for multiple
