About the Course : Geography 1001 is one half of a two course sequence (with Geog. 1003) that introduces LSU students to the study of geography in a world regional context. Variations in physical geography and cultures are highlighted in order to describe and understand the Earth’s diversity and commonness. You will be responsible for material from lecture and from the text! You should come to each class having already read the material in the text corresponding to that day. Testing/Grades:
