Select two fast food restaurants and evaluate them in terms of service quality. Suggest ways to improve service quality. The two companies that I chose were Chick-fil-A and Popeyes, two different options but operate on the same market. Chick-fil-A takes customer service very seriously, the company operates off of a "mile" assesment. The first mile is the foundation which is good customer service, hot food hot, and cold food cold. These second mile is what we do that's remarkable, like carrying people's trays to their tables. Its the little things that set this remarkable company apart from the ordinary and has labeled itself as a gold standard to fast food restaurants. At this point there isn't anything that I believe Chick-Fil-A could do better. The second company I chose was Popeyes, I chose this one because customer service isnt their highest priority but they still continue to have a loyal consumer base because their food is actually that good. Popeyes was recently bought out
